How to Connect Leadzpipe to Agile CRM

Many customers use Agile CRM to manage sales, contacts & marketing automation. With our pipe integration, you can send leads and sales data captured from Facebook ads, webforms to your AgileCRM in real-time!

Before getting started the most important step before getting started is to create an Welcome Email if you haven’t created one. Click here to get started.

Setting up the Agile CRM integration #

For a quick setup example, we will use the Facebook lead form as a source.

Step 1: #

Click “Create Pipe”

Select ‘Source’ and ‘Destination’.

Step 3: #

Connect a Facebook Ad Account From Which You Are Running Lead Generation Campaign Or Choose Existing Account if you have added an Facebook Account.

Step 4: #

A Pop up will appear where you will have to enter you Facebook Email Id and Password.
After that you have to Continue to connect Leadzpipe with your Facebook Account.

Step 5: #

Choose Your Facebook Ad Account.
Select the Facebook Page from which you are running ads.
Select the Facebook Form.
If you want to sync ‘Existing Leads’ you can turn on the options ‘Sync Existing Leads’.

Step 6: #

Select Or Create Tag.
A Pipe name will automatically be named after the campaign name.
If your first field is FullName than your first field in the Leadzpipe section should be FullName. If you don’t find a proper match for a field you can create an custom field from the dropdown on the Leadzpipe section.

Step 7: #

Connect New Agile CRM Account.

Step 8: #

Click “Connect an account” & Input Agile Credentials

Step 9: Find Agile API Key * #

Step A: #

Log into your Agile CRM account.

Step B: #

From the top right of your main Agile CRM dashboard page, click on your profile icon, then click on Admin Settings.

Step C: #

From the left-hand menu, click on Developers & API. You will see your API key. Copy the ‘Rest API’ key.

Step D: #

In the first field ‘Sub Domain’ type your Agile CRM Domain.
In the Email field you have to type your Agile CRM Email.
The code you copied from the Agile CRM you have to paste it in the third field ‘API Key’.

Step 9: #

Map Fields With Leadzpipe and click ‘Next’.

Select Lead Recipient Or Add New Email

Step 11: #

Select Welcome Email Template.
Follow this article you haven’t added an Welcome Email.

Step 12: #

Save Pipe
