How to add email templates in Leadzpipe

You can create email templates to be used in auto-response emails and in direct emails to your leads. It’s easy to create emails templates, just follow the 3 easy steps-

Step 1: #

After you log in to Leadzpipe, click ‘Engage’ and select the option ‘Email Templates’.

Click ‘Add Email Template’

Step 3: #

Fill in the necessary fields.
Tag – The tag you are using on the pipe which you are using to sync the leads.

Reply to – The e-mail ID to which your lead should reply. Ideally, this should be your e-mail ID.

Template Name – This will help you identify for which campaign you are using the e-mail template.

Subject – You know what it is.

Note: You can use system generated fields like Full Name as {name} and Utm Source as {utm_source}. Do not forget to include { } around them.

After filling in the details, click ‘Save’.

Step 4: #

You can also test your email templates by clicking ‘Test’ on the saved email template card.
